Retention Policy

A student who failed to take his/her first exam within 30 days from his/her official admission will be given a warning status;
A student who failed to take his/her next exam within 30 days from his/her previous exam will be given a warning status;
A student who received two (2) warning status will be advised to discontinue studying;
A student who failed to take his/her exam for 60 days straight will be advised to discontinue studying;
A student who wish to return studying need again to undergo admission procedures.
This policy will apply for every semester (5 subjects) period.
A student who falsify documents, cheat on any exams, involved in any immoral and scandalous acts will be automatically expelled from the seminary.
